Frosh Rep Program

The Frosh Rep Program fosters community for first-year students interested in gender equity through involvement in the work of the Women's Center. First years involved in the program have access to leadership opportunities, mentorship from the Community Outreach Chair, and connections with peers interested in advancing gender initiatives. The program is supported by Harvard College Women's Center staff and funding. The Community Outreach Chair directly oversees the program.

Eligibility

All first-year students currently enrolled are welcome to apply in their fall semester! The program recruits 5-6 first-year students to plan and host events to explore issues around gender identity with their peers. Applications open in the Fall semester, but we encourage interested first-years to email hcwc@fas.harvard.edu to check in about opportunities to volunteer or become involved during the year.
