RESERVATIONS
The Women's Center has a lounge, kitchen, and conference room that may be reserved by recognized student organizations, affiliated offices, and proctors during business hours. To make a reservation request and for accommodation/access information, send an email to hcwc@fas.harvard.edu with ideal dates, times, locations, and size of the group. Please also include any accommodations or needs you will need for the event. Click here for specific reservation guidelines.
AMENITIES
- Free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for drop-in visitors and meetings
- Free safer sex supplies
- Kitchen (which can be reserved) to cook or bake while using our cooking equipment
- Computers, printer, office supplies, and copier
- All gender bathrooms near our entrance in the Canaday basement are stocked with menstruation products
