How to Apply

ART/WCCF funding supports recognized undergraduate student organizations at Harvard College for projects and programs that raise awareness of women's and gender issues among students and increase the visibility of women in the College.

Before beginning the application process please review the ART/WCCF Grant Guidelines for Applicants 2022-2023*.

During the 2022-2023 academic year, funding will be distributed during TWO rounds - once in the fall and once in the spring – and will accept applications for future AND retroactive funding for the current semester. We ask that you apply only for the current semester, i.e. for spring 2023 funding apply ONLY in the spring.

Please note the all grant review dates are posted on the Grant Cycle tab.

To apply* submit your application through the Qualtrics form. For questions please email us at hcwc@fas.harvard.edu.

In order to ensure that your grant will be considered, you must apply by a Grant Review Date that occurs during the semester your event will be held.  A representative from your organization is required to attend the mandatory online review board meeting scheduled for the grant round. You will be sent an email with an online sign up sheet for the review meeting, please keep an eye out for it, and proactively follow up if you do not see one by the day before the review meeting. If a representative does not attend the meeting, the application is not eligible for funding.

Each group funded must fill out the mandatory Report for Use of Grant Funding (RUGF) for every event by the start of reading period for the semester funded. If one is not submitted, the group will be ineligible for funding in the next grant round, no exceptions. Each group awarded fund must also send a representative to one of the next two grant review meetings to review and award grants or the group will be ineligible for funding in the next grant round, no exceptions.
